We will accept returns within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If 48 hours have passed since receipt of your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Knowing that the clearance products are not applicable for exchange or cancelation
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from GENETIC NUTRITION.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account credit within 12 hours.

To return your product, you can request to return the product within 48 hours of receipt of your order, and we will arrange the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment after deducting the fees for the return back.
